FAQs
What ages are best suited for this trip?
Kids aged 5 to 16 will get the most out of this adventure. Younger kids are welcome if they’re comfortable with long days and group travel. Teens will love the freedom and authenticity. If you’re unsure, get in touch, we’ll help you decide if it’s the right fit.
What’s the accommodation like?
A mix of glamping and boutique farmstay on cattle properties with ensuites. Real beds, beautiful surrounds, full of character, this is outback luxury accommodation.
What if my child has dietary requirements?
We cater for all dietary needs — just let us know when you register. Vegan, gluten-free, allergies, fussy eaters — we’ve got you covered.
How small is ‘small group’?
6–10 families maximum. Around 20–30 people total including kids, parents, grandparents. Small enough to feel intimate and travel comfortably with the opportunity to interact with others should you wish. Big enough that kids have playmates and parents have wine buddies.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Life happens. Full cancellation and refund policy shared with registered families. Deposits are refundable up to 90 days before departure. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Can we extend the trip or add extra days?
Not on this departure, the itinerary is fixed for group logistics. But if you want to explore more of the Outback before or after, we’re happy to share recommendations!
